I am a licensed mental health counselor associate (LMHCA 60543795) practicing under the supervision of Dr. K. Alexandra Onno. I offer mindfulness and psychospiritual based counseling, consulting, and educational services in Seattle and Kirkland. I provide individual counseling to adults and teens, and offer groups and workshops throughout the year.

I am passionate about supporting people to build healthy self-esteem and repair love and trust. I specialize in relationship and behavioral dependency coaching, grief and life transitions, and working with Highly Sensitive People around leadership development and creative recovery.

My approach blends depth psychology, acceptance and commitment therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy with mindfulness-based principles and exercises. I work to create a safe space for clients to bravely explore and vulnerably express their story. I consider non-judgment and self-care essential to my practice, and incorporate compassionate social justice in psychotherapy. Through creative recovery, it is possible to achieve healthy and genuine trust, love, and respect with the Self, and in our relationships and communities.

I’m here in support of your unique experience and vision, and I deeply value your inner wisdom. I look forward to hearing from you.

Compassion is...a relationship among equals. Only when we know our own darkness well can we be present with the darkness of others.
